Asked for plane burger for kids and clarified: bun and meat. Opened food at home and all burgers had onions and souse. Kids were crying and hungry. Cheers

Response from the owner

Hi Natalia I am really sorry about that. Can you please contact me directly so I can make amends. [email protected]

It just seems really chaotic and no one seems to be in charge. Wouldn’t be rushing back and wouldn’t recommmed. Our chips were cold and our pizza was just ok. The staff don’t seem to care or know what they are doing.

Response from the owner

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. The experience you described, from the very cold chips and disappointing pizza to the level of service you received, is not the standard we aim to provide.

Good food and clean. But very slow and that was 9.30 Sunday night. And what a waste of packaging. We were eating in and chips were in a bag, the sandwich was in anothet bag, then each each of the orders were put in another bag and then all three orders in a bigger bag. Not to mention the 5 minute skills test to put the carboard drinks holder together for the three drinks. We were sitting 10 yards from the counter. What a waste of paper into the bins.

Response from the owner

Hi Patrick,
Thank you for your feedback. We are delighted you have had a positive experience with us! However, we’re sorry to hear about your concerns, we ask you to please share any additional details with us at [email protected] so we can follow up directly.
